SKYFLAKES CRACKERS
Recently, skyflakes has been my buddy. There are times when you just want to sit down, relax and munch something. For those who are diet conscious, they stick to this cracker for lunch and dinner. However, for me, though I'm not going to deny the fact that I am a diet conscious too, this cracker is more of just the sake of eating something when I have nothing to do. I am really into this skyflakes crackers, promise.
On the other hand, sometimes I am also tempted to have it as my lunch, not thinking that it isn't healthy at all. Honestly, I don't even agree with the commercial of this. They are somehow telling us to go on a healthy diet with skyflakes. In line with that, my dad told me that when we want to go on a diet, we lessen the food intake and choose the right food for us. Skipping meals are just one of the mellow dramas of the girls' world. We just want the world to know that we are on a diet and crackers is the way to go.
This isn't a bad thing though. We should just be aware of our healthy diet. ----------------------------------------------
